4. ปรัชญาของหลักสูตร (Motto of the Course)

           Produce and develop technical personnel to have competence, morality, ethics and professional ethics in line with the needs of the business and be able to work independently and develop themselves academically and professionally.

5. การจัดการศึกษาและเวลาเรียน (Educational Management and Study Time)

The regular education system takes 2 years. For each course, the average training hour per day is 6 hours. The training plan is designed to ensure that when a day exceeds 6 tuition hours, it has no impact on the pedagogical quality of the course.

The Aircraft Maintenance License Training Category B1.1 Aeroplanes Turbine Curriculum of Princess of Naradhiwas University shall demonstrate a level of knowledge appropriate to the privileges sought in the following subjects:

Module 3 Electrical Fundamentals.

Module 4 Electronic Fundamentals.

Module 5 Digital Techniques/Electronic Instrument System.

Module 6 Materials and Hardware.

Module 7A Maintenance Practices.

Module 10 Aviation Legislation.

Module 11A Turbine Aero-plane Aerodynamics Structures and System.

Module 15 Gas Turbine Engine.

7. ฝึกประสบการณ์สมรรถนะวิชาชีพ (MRO)

          PNU has established the memorandum of understanding (MOU) to deliver student to attend the practical maintenance training and practical assessment with the following CAAT approved MRO.

•          Thai Aviation Industries Company Limited (TAI)

•          Thai Airways International

•          Bangkok Airways

8. การเข้าเรียน (Trainees’ Entries)

          1 Knowledge

High school graduates or equivalent, passing the TOEIC English proficiency test with a score of at least 250, or passing the English language skills assessment according to the English language proficiency standards set by the university.

8.2 Qualification of the trainees

1. The applicant is Thai nationality.

2. The applicant holds the behavior certificate from the previous school.

3. The applicant does not have severe contagious disease, illness or disability that AMTO considers to be a barrier for your education or getting a career in the field of study.

4. The applicant is not color blind.

5. The applicant will behave accordingly and be bound to AMTO that he/she intend to study in full capacity and will strictly comply with the AMTO existing or to be implemented regulations.

9. การสำเร็จการศึกษาตามหลักสูตร (Course Completion)

          1. The trainee must have at least 90% attendance for each subject.

          2. The trainee must pass the theoretical examination with at least 75% score for each theoretical subject.

          3. The trainee must pass the practical assessment at “Satisfied” grade for each practical subject.

          4. In completion of a theoretical training course, the trainee shall be able to demonstrate to the levels identified in the syllabus and detailed theoretical knowledge of the aircraft's application systems, structures, operations, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting according to the approved maintenance data.

          5. The trainee shall be able to demonstrate how to use the manuals and approved procedures including the knowledge of relevant inspections and limitations.

          6. They have to demonstrate their capability to use relevant tools, equipment, test equipment as specified by the manufacturer; the use of maintenance manuals so the trainee can carry out the required inspection and testing without missing any defects; can readily identify the location of components; and be capable to correct removal, installation, adjustment of such components.

          7. They should also show appreciation for the need to ensure clean working conditions and the observance of safety precautions for the trainee and the product.

          8. In addition, the trainee should demonstrate a responsible attitude in respect to flight safety and airworthiness of the aircraft.

          9. They have the general knowledge of the language used within the maintenance environment including common aeronautical terms; Read and understand the instructions and technical manuals used for the performance of maintenance.

          10. Must pass the TOEIC English proficiency test with a score of at least 450 or pass the English language skills assessment according to the English language proficiency standards set by the university.
